Without an account
Your resumes, job matches, letters and applications are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. We don't receive them unless you use an AI feature.
With an account
We use Supabase for sign-in. Your documents are stored in a database table protected by row-level security, so only your signed-in account can read or change them. We store your email and name for your profile.
AI features
When you click a Dexa action, the relevant text (for example a bullet, your resume text or a job description) is sent through our server to the AI provider configured by the site owner (xAI Grok or Groq) to generate a reply. We count AI requests per account or per anonymised IP to apply the free daily limit. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Usage statistics
To improve Resumiq, we record simple usage events: pages visited, resumes created, downloads and AI features used, with an anonymous browser id, device type and approximate city/country. For signed-in users these events are linked to the account email. The site owner can see these statistics and the list of registered accounts, but not the contents of your resumes. Browsers with “Do Not Track” turned on are not counted.
Cookies & storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to save your work. No advertising trackers.
Your choices
Export or delete all your data any time from Settings & data. To delete your account entirely, email mahendraa1188@gmail.com.
Be careful with sensitive data
Don't put government ID numbers, bank details or health information in your resume. Resumiq doesn't need them and employers don't either.
